Married couple, Alisha & Brook share their passion for art in their blend of documentary and fine art photography. While most of their work takes place in San Francisco, Napa and Carmel, they also travel for events nationally and internationally. Their destination weddings having taken them from the warm, sandy beaches of Mexico and Hawaii, to the southern hospitality of Louisiana and the historical quaintness of Philadelphia.
This couple’s work has won the admiration of their clients including professional photographers, art directors, architects, graphic artists, a MTV music video producer and Pixar animators. Showcased with a select group, their images can be viewed in the new books: The Best of Wedding Photography, The Best of Portrait Photography, as well as The Best of Wedding Photojournalism, by Bill Hurter.
The Wedding Photography book describes Alisha and Brook as "fast becoming known for their elite brand of photojournalism" who "incorporate a strong sense of design into their images." Studio Photography & Design, WPPI Monthly and Kodak’s ProPass magazine have featured this team as their cover story, and they are currently profiled in American PHOTO on Campus.
As members of Wedding & Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), Brook has been honored with Grand Award for Photojournalism, First Place for Wedding Photojournalism, and Alisha received the Accolade of Photographic Mastery. Alisha and Brook’s images have graced the pages of magazines such as Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, Weddingbells, San Francisco Bride, Island Weddings & Honeymoons, and Elegant Bride.
