Capacity (seating) of our 9000 sf lodge is 250, with larger capacity for outdoor events. We have two floors, plus a small dressing room, and a sun deck and lawn. We also have a large kitchen with open catering, and two outdoor BBQ grills.
Arctic Valley is the gateway to Chugach State Park and we're surrounded by hiking trails for every ability level, plus stunning views of downtown Anchorage. Our chairlifts are available to rent as well, for spectacular 360 degree views of the inlet and the Ship Creek Wilderness Area. Guests have the unique opportunity to camp out overnight at the area as well.
The Arctic Valley area is a wonderful destination for visitors and local friends, only about 15 miles from downtown Anchorage, an easy get away with the feeling of being in the Alaska wilderness.
