This is the first negative review I have ever written: To begin, I wish I could say that the food was the worst part of our experience, but sadly in the end it was dealing with a man who does not have integrity or honesty. Leading up to the wedding we
were excited and had a wonderful experience; the meal was expensive, but we knew that this was one of more expensive points of a wedding. When the wedding day arrived, we were sorely disappointed with the food. The chicken we had ordered was breaded, and it
was very soggy, not even crisp. The thing we were shocked about is that A) We had never ordered breaded chicken due to allergies at the wedding B) In our taste testing the chicken was not breaded C) It was really poor quality breading. Another point of disappointment
was the asparagus; when you choose an expensive vegetable, you expect it is worth the cost. The asparagus at our wedding were skimpy and some even burned! Nothing like the ones we had tried in the taste testing. We wish that this was the worst part, but unfortunately
Kris had terrible customer service after the wedding. We emailed him, sharing the positive and constructive feed back from the wedding, asking where the misunderstanding had been. At first Kris did not reply. After my husband emailed him asking if he had received
the email, his response was “Yes I did. Thanks for your feed back.” No discussion, no sharing where the misunderstanding had occurred. Needless to say, I would not recommend using Annabell’s catering. When you are paying a pretty penny for your wedding food,
you hope it to be an enjoyable meal. There are plenty of other companies that I would look into before using this one.
