With over ten years experience working in some of the finest cocktail lounges and restaurants in the world, TJ is now bringing his fine food and cocktail knowledge and transforming Los Angeles Weddings and Events. Not just another Bar for your wedding, not the usual catering.
TJ hails from London, where he spearheaded the cocktail revolution. He created menus for the city's brightest and most fashionable nightspots. Now living State Side, he is truly redefining how Los Angeles caters for private events.
TJ sees himself as a "Bar Chef". He uses the finest locally grown ingredients purchased at farmers markets and blends them with the skill, precision and care of a top class chef.
