Our prices are in increments; photos and albums are a la cart pricing. You do get a credit for single print photos which is based on the amount of time you choose to book.
We can be with you for as long as you want. We do not have a certain time or endpoint of shooting photos. If you want all photos taken prior to the ceremony, we need to start at least 2 to 2 and one half hours before the ceremony begins. This means if your ceremony is at 6pm, we need to start shooting at 3:30pm to 4pm. This will enable us to have you back in the facility 30 minutes prior to the ceremony for any last minute touch ups or personal photos and for the congregation to be seated. If you and your groom are going to have photos together after the ceremony, the time frame would be 1 and one half to 2 hours before ceremony start time with another 45 minutes to one hour after ceremony.
To ensure we do not miss anything for you, we will want a list of all formal shots desired. This will give us a checklist so we can be ready to go on the day of your event. We will also want a list of names of the bridal party and families so we can speak to them by name.
During the reception we will be taking candids at all times. We do not stop shooting. We will be sure to get the bride & groom introduction, toasts, bouquet toss, garter toss and cake cutting. And if you want us to get photos of you leaving we can certainly do that as well.
Basically, it is all up to you what you want depending on your budget. We can always change things around to fit your needs. This is your day and we will do what makes you happy to get your memories captured perfectly. All photos will be online for proofing and anyone can order from us; they do not have to go through you.
