Set on a 40-acre private farm estate, surrounded by pastures and woodlands, yet close to a wide array of outdoor activities. The cottage was reconstructed on the original stone and beam structure with an all-new, modern interior with all the conveniences of home. Completely self-contained, it's ideal for a retreat from the furious pace of modern life.

Located in Califon, just 8 miles northeast of Clinton, we are close to the great State parks with two of the three largest reservoirs in the State - Round Valley Reservoir and Spruce Run Reservoir.
