Located between Houston and Beaumont in a little town called Dayton, Texas, we're about 1 hour out of Louisiana and the Atchafalaya Basin. This gives us unlimited resources close at hand for some of the freshest and finest LA Crawfish available.
With over 25 years cooking, boiling and eating mud bugs, we've got it down. We only use fresh live Lousiana crawfish, crabs and gulf shrimp for all our boils, and they are spicy, hot and delicious! We go the extra mile and use Quality fresh ingredients such as Garlic, Onion, Lemon, Jalapenos, Corn, Taters and Sausage for our crawfish boil mix, along with the best tasting secret spices around!
We specialize in crawfish, but our Low Country CRAB and SHRIMP boils are just as good and great for when dem bugs are out of season! All of our on site catering includes: all paper goods, plates, seasoning, extra spices, 2 hours of set up and serve time (buffet style) serving canopy and boiling station. You'll need to supply your own tables, chairs and trash cans, And were flexible and easy to get along with so if you need more time or custom service just ask, we'll be glad to at NO extra charge!
