Nestled in the beautiful and tranquil Sequatchie Valley 30 minutes west of Chattanooga in Southeast Tennessee, Autumn Brook Manor offers the perfect stage for an elegant event. The features of this expansive property include a lagoon surrounding the grounds, stone bridges, a beautiful pool surrounded with century old trees and at least one of every deciduous tree native to Tennessee covering the estate.

The home was built and property developed in 1927 by the Glancy Sherman Family of Pennsylvania who moved to the Sequatchie Valley at the turn of the 20th century to found the Sequatchie Handle Factory. The property was purchased in 2003 by Gary and Lillian Napolitan to offer this beautiful piece of history for those who want to host a special event that would recapture the charm of a bygone era.
