Avalon is one of the newest facility in the Brazos Valley, and here are some things that set us apart from the others.
Almost 4 acres of landscape scenery surrounding the facilities of Avalon.
A 1100 sq ft reception facility that also has a 2,200 sq ft deck surrounding the facility.
Plenty of room for tents and dancing out among the stars.
Avalon is filled with lush greenery and 125 blooming crepe myrtles. This garden location bursts with color every spring thanks to its large wildflower and bluebonnet fields. Avalon is famous for its flowers that bloom nearly year round. The main gazebo is encircled with 10 varieties of roses, blooming in several shades of pink, set against a background of white crepe myrtles. The deck is surrounded by a cascading sea of color that will complement any event's color selection.
We have four packages:
$2500 - You get the facility from Friday until noon on Sunday, and you get 200 white folding chairs and 20 60" round tables.
$3500 - Same as above, and Darrin photographs the wedding, bridal and engagements. All images burned to disk.
$5500 - Same as above, and includes delux coffee table wedding album.
$6500 - You get the facility from Friday until noon on Sunday, Tables and Chairs for up to 200 people, and you get a Master Photographer as your wedding Photographer. It comes with your bridal session and a 20x24 framed portrait, an engagement session with a 16x20 frames portrait, the wedding album, no time limit in photography, 2 parent albums, high rez disks of all the images, and $500 credit towards wedding invitations, save the date cards, thank you cards, etc.
We are by appointment only for visiting Avalon. We are available during the day, evenings and on weekends... whenever is convenient for you.
