I graduated at the top of my class in 1987 from the renown, Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego. I have extended training in Muscle Release Technique. I specialize in frozen shoulders, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back, hip, and sciatica symptoms.
I can help ease you into regaining range of movement with my compassionate, moderate to firm myofacial release and counter strain techniques combined with hot stones to increase your circulation. Many of my regular clients experience consistent and long lasting results and progress to deeper tissue bodywork with complete comfort. I can provide numerous testimonials upon request.
I begin and end my sessions with guided imagery. My graceful, dance - like movements create a sense of continuity from head toe. Working slowly and methodically, I utilize both my hands and forearms, artfully blending in the liquid heat sensation of my deliciously smooth hot stones. This is ultimate therapeutic relaxation.
