For our clients, we provide the party help and bartending services necessary to make your party a success. We understand that great service is a direct reflection on the host or hostess of the party and we do our best to make it an exceptional experience. We have provided service for events as small as four guests at a home dinner party to wedding receptions and corporate events with more than 300 guests.
Although we do not provide bartending equipment or alcohol, we would be happy to provide you with a list of recommended party rental agencies and food caterers. We can also assist you in planning for the amount and type of drinks to serve. Call or email us at anytime for assistance in all party-planning phases.
For our employees -- who are all registered Barnard students -- we require a five-week intensive course that provides instruction in bartending and mixology skills as well as in professional party helping skills. The course is open to the general public as well as to Barnard students.
Our agency has worked hard over the past 30 years to earn the respect of our clients and their guests. In turn, our clientele has expanded -- mostly through word-of-mouth.
We travel throughout the Tri-state area and accommodate last minute reservations. Our rates are the best in Manhattan!
We have a large staff and are available every day of the year. Due to high demand during various holidays, we suggest that you make your reservation as soon as possible, preferably at least two weeks in advance.

$20/hr standard rate per bartender
$25/hr for Passover, Easter, Rosh Hashanna, Yom Kippur, Fourth of July, and any event in the month of December (excluding holidays)
$32/hr for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
$37/hr for New Year's Eve
Plus one-way cab fare per bartender back to Barnard College, 117th and Broadway |
