Baxter's Gourmet Catering provides off - premise catering to Allegany County, Maryland including luncheons, dinners, and parties for the home, office, or weddings. As well, we cater for bridal lunches, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties.
We specialize in awesome, homemade, decadent desserts, chocolates, gourmet gifts, and custom wedding cakes.
We use care and attention to fine tune every detail of your event to make it the best. Our food, whether it is an entree of blackened chicken salad or 300 miniature crabcakes, is completely hand made with the freshest ingredients. The blackened chicken salad is prepared with red leaf lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, toasted almonds, and sweet red grapes, topped with breast of chicken, coated in our homemade blackening spice and sauteed, served with one of our homemade dressings. The minature crabcakes are hand formed using jumbo lump crabmeat, fresh bell peppers, seasonings, spices, and a minimal amount of breadcrumbs to just hold them together for sauteing. They are served with spicy cocktail sauce and homemade Louis sauce! If you are feeding 10 or 200, we give every morsel our utmost attention.
Our desserts are made with imported Belgian chocolate, fresh butter, and real cream. If you are ordering a fresh strawberry cake or a five - tier wedding cake, the attention to detail will be the same. For your special, once in a lifetime events, put us to the test.
