Smoke & Go is a state of the art mobile catering unit. We use our 16 foot smoker to slow cook ribs, chicken, Boston butts, beef briskets and turkey legs to a slow tender perfection. We also have our famous sides such as our Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese, Homemade Potato Salad and our famous Banana Pudding, and to top it off, our Signature Barbecue Sauce, just to name a few.
