Executive Chef Terra opened Bellamente Catering in the spring of 2001 with a vision of creating America's finest catering service. Chef Terra started her career as a Chef in training under her mother and grandmother, rolling homemade pasta, and crushing homegrown tomatoes for sauces when she couldn't even see over the countertop.
Before creating her first dish under Bellamente Catering, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. In 2004, Chef Terra moved to Santa Clarita, CA and brought the catering business known as Bellamente Catering to southern California. She knew that she wanted to step beyond the kitchen and create memorable experiences for people. She decided to start offering personal chef services to residents throughout the Santa Clarita Valley. Guests agree-Bellamente Catering is Santa Clarita's best.
Once word of her tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many family members and friends of the family as well as the community landed on Chef Terra's plate. Although she had an affinity for the Italian culinary style, she knew that even more challenges and opportunities awaited her in Asian and Mexican cuisine, as well as Mediterranean and exotic cuisines and she gladly embraced the challenges.
