Executive Chef David Solesbee created Belle-Fete to provide an overall party experience that surpasses clients' expectations, and has organized, planned and participated in hundreds of successful, unique and memorable events.
Catering services range from simple food delivery (with no staff required) to a fully serviced luncheon, dinner, cocktail party, wedding, or corporate event, and specialty events such as weddings and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.
David is adept at all facets of party-planning, and able to coordinate/manage multiple vendors (i.e., staffing, lighting, décor, security, valet, tenting and rentals).
Belle-Fete is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and are able to work within most budgets. We service Los Angeles, San Diego and Orange Counties.
