For more information, call our food and beverage director. Roosevelt Boardroom - This grand room was named after FDR. It is said that he has visited the hotel in 1928. This boardroom is round and has an hand carved golden oak table that seats up to 12 people. This room is ideal for any type of meeting.
Amelia's Restaurant - The grand dining room still has its original floors, pillars, woodwork, and beautiful six bay windows overlooking downtown Americus. It was named in honor of the original owner John T. Windsor's wife. This room can hold up to 200 people and is ideal for wedding receptions, galas, and banquets.
Dayton Room - This room was named after Mr. Howard Dayton, who owned this magnificent hotel for fifty years. This room can host up to 75 people. The Dayton Room is great for any corporate or social event.
Hotel Lobby - The Windsor Hotel Lobby is magical, it has a three story open atrium with balconies, hand-carved golden oak woodwork, and has its original marble floor. We have held many weddings, receptions, banquets, and special events in the lobby. The lobby can hold up to 150 people.
Rosalynn Carter Tea Parlor - The Rosalynn Carter Tea Parlor was named in honor of First Lady Rosalynn Carter. This room has always been a tea parlor since the hotel was built in 1892, the ladies would gather within the room to have tea and socialize. It is an elegant space and is perfect for baby showers, bridal luncheons, weddings, and wedding receptions.
