Bidwell Street Bistro is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner! Owner Richard Righton has more than 20 years experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Executive Chef Wendi Mentink graduated with honors from Sacramento's Lederwolff Culinary Academy in 1993. Together they've created a restaurant that is a bistro in the true sense of the word. It has neither the stark informality of a cafe nor the luxurious appointments of fine dining, but maintains the intimate and unassuming ambiance of the first bistros in Paris.
You will feel welcomed whether you order a bowl of soup and a glass of wine at the bar, or a three- course meal and a great bottle of either French or Californian wine.
We have a private dining room that will seat 28 people, as well as a room with private bar that will accomadate 50 people for drinks and appetizers.
