*Full Kitchen under remodel, if rented before finished will discount $15 off per hour.
Monday-Thursday before 5PM parking may be limited, will discount $10 off per hour.
$250 deposit due at signing ($50 cancellation fee if over 30 days, $100 cancellation fee if under 30 days)
50% rent due 7 days before event, remainder due day before event.
Deposit will be returned within 7 days after the event if the space is clean and free of any damage.
Open space is approx. 40'x50' (2000sq ft), excludes the restrooms & kitchen areas.
