Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is reserved exclusively for our bride and groom. As the bridal party and family arrive to the estate, they are ushered by the bridal assistant to the private bridal suite to dress and prepare for photos. A separate grooms room is alos provided for the groom and groomsmen. Guests arrive to our 35 acre estate and are greeted in the parking lot by volunteers who will drive them to the outdoor ceremony site, where a long path leads to a dry fountain with palm tree lining the isle and lakes on either side.
Ceremony coordination is provided for the procession. For coktails, guests enter the front door of the main house into the open air courtyard where they are greeted by a hostess. A beautifully lit fountain, surrounded by a tropical garden setting sits in the center of the courtyard. Guests are welcome to walk around the perimeter of the courtyard and view the previous owners artwork and their collections. After cocktail hour, the veranda doors are open and guests are invited to enter the waterfront dining area, which can be tented. A dance floor is typically set in this area, along with the reception musician. A row of royal palm trees are lit up and line the lake and ocean view beyond the vernada lawn. area.
