Located at 1711 Florida Avenue in the heart of Adams Morgan, Studio Braat is home to Braat Musik(Washington DC's largest Independent Record Label distributed by WEA/Warner Music Group). This modern 7,500 sq. ft. facility has multiple executive office suites, a dance hall with built-in DJ booth, sound stage, several designated dance/band rehearsal rooms and, of course, a state-of-the art, industry-standard Recording Studio with live band recording capabilities.
Studio Braat is a private company with an exclusive, high-end client base and it's Artist Development Program recruits only those whom are the most unique and posses the best work ethic and star potential from the area's pool of fresh young talent.
NOTE: Studio Braat is located on the second floor of a 600 car parking garage so finding a parking spot will never be an issue.
