We make organic, delicious, and healthy bread the old fashioned way. We make our bread using an old Northern European recipe. The dough is made with a minimum amount of yeast and slow proofs for many hours which gives the bread a unique flavor, a nice soft crumb with irregular air pockets and a wonderful crust. All our bread is baked with natural ingredients.
