The Clubhouse at Brown Deer contracts exclusively wih the Coralville Marriott to offer your next event the ambiance of a private club without the need for a private membership. Large windows and golf course views blend the indoors with the out, providing a peaceful, natural atmosphere conducive to meetings and social events.
Our focus is to creat an environment where quality and service are distinctively integrated. The Clubhouse is the perfect place for weddings, corporate receptions, holiday parties, business meetings, and more. No matter the Event, we tailor our services to brind your ideas to life. The Facility is 3,600 square feet and will accomodate up to 220 guests for a Wedding Reception.
The Banquet Room may be divided for more intimate gatherings. The Brown Deer Boardroom, a private meeting space, can hold up to 14 people around a custom oak table.
