In 1995, the Bloomington Area Arts Council received control of the theater for use as a public arts venue.
Now, beautifully restored to its former glory, the theater is outfitted with state-of-the-art technical equipment, the theater is currently managed by BCT Management, Inc., a private non-profit organization with a volunteer Board of Directors.
