We specialize in carry- out and heat and serve smoked and grilled meats and seafood. We also offer salads, sandwiches, barbecue, our own handcrafted barbecue sauces, spice rubs, smoked salts and pistachios.
We offer full service catering events and weddings including our very popular and economical Old- Tyme Barbeque Hoedown menu with our meats from the smokehouse like Texas beef brisket, Southern- style pulled pork, hot smoky Polish sausage, smoked herb & spice chicken pieces and Memphis- style "dry" ribs. It includes all them sides, the extra fixin's and our own handcrafted barbeque sauces.
We also provide western- cowboy events with beautiful western decor and western entertainment ideas, and luau- Margaritaville island themes with smoked pig, smoked sweet potatoes and "nibblin' on spongecake". We do Mardi- Gras and Cajun themes with smoky jambalaya, and Medieval events with smoked turkey legs and smoked game stew.
We are available for festivals and large events as well. We'll just pull in our little cabin- on- wheels and serve- em- up for the masses! Ribbon fries, corn on the cob, and barbeque! Mmm- mm! Nothin' better.
Our "Colorado Western Experience" is available for all day events for corporate retreats, training, team building and family reunions. Cowboy breakfast, barbeque lunch/ dinner and chili suppers are all available. Quick- draw, roping machines, saloon girls, and cowboy shootouts all can be arranged. Summer cabins and camping are also available. Come, have some fun on this beautiful 450- acre open space!
