We are an authentic German- French- American Pastry shop that has been specializing in wedding cakes, Baumkuchen and other Old World pastries for over 35 years.

Chef Paul Gauweiler studied the pastry craft in his hometown of Hannover Germany just after the war. It was there that he earned his Masters in the art of pastries, or "Konditormeister" at age 24.
