Terrible Customer Service.
First and foremost, I am a respectful and hardworking woman trying to plan a simple intimate wedding with my soul mate. The customer service I received from this company was absolutely classless and unnecessary. I don’t know if the lady I spoke with was
racist or just damn right rude and arrogant. What I got from my encounter with this company is that they only serve rich people and will not do business with hardworking middle class people. I met Pam and Lori at the Pink Bridal show in Memphis, TN and they
presented themselves as polite and respectable hardworking business women. DO NOT BE FOOLED by their professionalism, smiles, and delicious cake flavors. I can truly say that out of all the business people I met that day, they were really the ones I remembered
most. I was so impressed with them that I immediately contacted their company to schedule a consultation in regards to my wedding cake, groom’s cake, and cupcakes. The daughter Lori contacted me by phone at 8:00 in the morning to let me know that they would
be available and interested in fulfilling my cake requests. She asked me a few questions like “How many cakes are you interested in purchasing?” “How many servings would you like for your cakes to serve?” “What flavors are you interested in having?”I explained
that I was expecting 200 guests at my wedding; therefore I would need my cakes and cupcakes to serve 200 people. Lorri interrupted me in a rude manner by explaining that they did not decorate cupcakes nor would they deliver my cupcake order to my venue. I’m
not a cake baker nor do I specialize in wedding cakes, so I responded by asking if I could schedule a consultation with her in person. She immediately turned my request down for the consultation because she did not want to educate me about wedding cakes and
the number of servings. Lorri did inform me that they did not deliver wedding cakes that did not serve 600 people or more. She proceeded by asking me if I would be willing to pick up my cakes on the day of my wedding. Lorri also ended the conversation by suggesting
that I use another company that was willing to fulfill my requests. This was the last thing she said to me before hanging up in my face. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAKE COMPANY TO ANYONE!
