They ruined my wedding day and night!! Horrible outdated "hotel" with horrible lying, unwelcoming, discriminating staff and even worst food! They charged all kinds of hidden fees, and also try to use excuses to charge steep penalty fees! It was such a financial loss. Our room was dirty with mud tracks, an open beer can and a serious amount of poop in the toilet left behind by someone. Our pillows stunk like they hadn't been washed. They don't bother to lock the doors, ever. The locks didn't even work on some of the doors. Our room and everyone in our wedding party's rooms had no heat. The dinner was horrible, dry, poorly seasoned and cooked. This place stinks, literally stinks of farm livestock surrounding the place, even though they're reps assured us it was only soybean farms, while the chickens crowed in their coops just a mile down the road. When told about all of these complaints I was treated poorly and told it was our fault for starting a half hour late. This wouldn't have happened had they not decided to clean and leaf blow our decorations away for our outside ceremony, YES I said it they blew our expensive decorations for our altar away 30 minutes before our event start time! There was garbage everywhere on the site! We were offered no reimbursement for they're efforts at ruining our day and yelled at me and my family for everything, literally in front of a full dining room. They treated us like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay and celebrate our wedding there. Very unprofessional. This place sucked so bad and the staff was even worst, I hope they close down soon! I give it a negative 10! APPARENTLY I am not the only one who has rated this place terribly!
