From the moment you call and start the arrangements, we will be dedicated to you and your event. We understand it is stressful trying to plan an event and the last thing you want to worry about is ill prepared food. We slow smoke our meats at your event to allow the best possible taste and freshness to lock into one of the many entrees we offer.
We have a mobile smoker pit with all the necessary preparation space. Smoked beef and pork ribs, tenderloin, brisket, pulled pork, whole chicken and turkey, stuffed chicken, steamed lobster or stuffed, clams, scallops and fish... just to name a few. All side dishes and desserts are homemade with family recipes.
Down payment due three weeks in advance to reserve date. We are very flexible and willing to make this a memorable experience.
