Carolyn has won many awards for her cake decorating in the State Fair and also in cake shows around the country. She is a member of the International Cake Exploration Society (ICES) and has served 2 terms on the ICES Board of Directors as well as Co-Chaired 2 complete cake conventions for ICES in the Kansas City area.
