To maintain our high standards we employ American Culinary Federation certified chefs, lead by Chef Donald McMillan, CEC, AAC, whose food presentations set the trends for quality and taste. Our certified chefs excel in the training of future chefs and Culinarians.
For the past 24 years, we have taught cooking classes, done many TV commercials and cooking shows on Turner South and Fox Sports South, food styling for national companies with brochures distributed nationally, and operated two restaurants and a successful catering company.
