I'm an ordained minister who has performed a variety of ceremonies over the last 13 years, from traditional to non-tradition, religious/spiritual to non~religious, along with renewal ceremonies and commitment ceremonies. I have performed short and simple ceremonies, very extravagant and detailed ones and everything in between. I have the very traditional vows (in sickness and in health), as well as those that are more personal, using every day relationship words.
I love them all, but my specialty is personalizing the ceremony and the vows and promises to fit you, the bride and groom. If you want a personalized ceremony, we can meet prior to the wedding where I can learn about you and your relationship, so that I can write the perfect ceremony. I'll also share lots of ideas with you, such as: the sand ceremony, the rose ceremony, honoring your parents, remembering those who cannot attend (past away), how to involve your guests, tying the knot, and if you have children, how you can involve them as well and many, many more ideas.
I attend all rehearsals and arrive to the ceremony approximately 1/2 hour before the start to assure everything is in place and make sure everyone is at ease and comfortable. So, whether you want something simple or more elaborate, I'd be honored to be your officiant and unite your hearts and souls as one.
