A touch of class, a pinch of elegance, a good measure of design, handfuls of talent, a bundle of warmth and tons of heart, artfully blended and served in an atmosphere of good taste.

Although it's completely hidden from sight at the end of a narrow access road, Chambers Landing Restaurant still manages to be one Tahoe's favorite places. It's set on a gentle rise at the edge of a lovely white sand beach and it has an enviable view of the lake and the cloud-skimmed mountains in the distance. The restaurant is actually a charming pavilion with a large, sun-splashed terrace on one side and a smaller, awning-covered patio on the other. Connected to each by a set of folding French doors, the pavilion can be completely open to the balmy breezes, or enclosed and heated if the weather turns cool. It's peaked, wood-beamed ceiling has a large skylight at it's center, and it's massive support columns and fireplace are fashioned from river rock.
