Founded in 1990 by 2 teachers aspiring to be entrepreneurs, the Cherry Laurel started as a simple lunchroom in an old house, desiring to serve only the best food. Seating for 60 was filled to capacity everyday. In 1997, a bakery was added which was the icing on the cake. People drive from far and near to get our signature Butterum cake. The Mexican chocolate cake runs a close 2nd. Pies, pastries, cakes--if there is a recipe, we can do it. If there isn't, we can write one! About the time the bakery was added, our catering took off as well. We customize every job to the customers desire. Show your guests how much you appreciate them with the very best! And don't forget to stop by for lunch. Seating is limited, you might want to call ahead.
