In our 33 year history of catering, founded by Victor Rosellini, our grandest moments have been when we are able to create events for a world audience, the larger the better. Chosen to cater the National Cable Television and Media Conference in Seattle, we were asked to provide for 5 separate clients (ESPN, Univision, NBC, ABC and Starz), who threw extravagant parties under a single roof at the same time with wholly different themes, decor, cocktails, menus and bands!

We were complimented not only on how our staff could handle the 1250 guests so expertly and with such gracious hospitality but how our chef created a kitchen with a crew of 21 chefs to execute the menus on site with no facilities, yet produced remarkable buffets with all the hot food served hot and the cold food served cold.
