Your officiant, Capt. Edwin Longwater, is a native Tybee Islander, Master Capt. USCG, ordained minister, historian, naturalist, writer, and artist. He has been performing weddings, elopements, and civil unions since 2000.
Most of our weddings are small, intimate gatherings on the beach, atop the lighthouse or on a nearby uninhabited island. However, they have also been performed in Savannah along River Street, in the Seaman's Chapel, and in the historic squares and parks with more than 200 in attendance.
Our service is secular and non - denominational. Poetry is usually read. Your own vows to one another are encouraged but not required.
Music / photographers are available.
Our vintage, 60' yacht, which can accommodate up to six people is also available for overnight anchorage or up to three days and two nights.
