My location is a perfect venue for small events of 50 people or less. Commerce and Trusts is a beautifully restored old bank building in the heart of up and coming Manchester near downtown Richmond. There is plenty of space to entertain in a beautiful lobby with a fully equipped kitchen and a 20 foot serving bar.
It has enormous arched windows, lovely chandeliers, 35 foot ceilings and is furnished with sofas, tables, and chairs which provide a perfect ambiance. There is great "conversation" seating plus open space for mingling.
Prices are flexible depending on your usage, length of time and space needed, but prices range from $250-600.00
Table linens, decorations, and dishes/glassware are available at reasonable rental rates and make it easy on you! I also have lots of serving dishes, vases, candle sticks, etc. We may be able to decorate for you or help you with that!
A central audio system allows you to bring your iPOD ready for use or play Fios radio as background music! The space is perfect for wedding luncheons, anniversaries, office parties, baby showers, or large family dinners.
