Our services can be used for any event and are not limited to the following:

* A Professional Event Manager onsite for up to 7
hours
* A 3 hour consultation meeting (may be done
individually) prior to the event
* Contact all vendors 3 days before the event
* Confirm all rentals/ deliveries
* Access/ assist in designing floor plan
* Assist with placement of all favors, placecards,
menus ect.
* Assist with seating arrangement
* Access to all printing materials (menus, tables
numbers ect. may be personalized for an additional
charge)
* Attend final meeting with caterer/ event manager
onsite
* Attend final fress fitting to ensure bustle handling
on the day of
