Custom Coffey Cakeries is owned and operated by Erin, a master decorator and sugar artist from California. Erin studied under her father, a pastry chef and professor who apprenticed under Julie Bayshore, pastry chef for the duke of York. Erin specializes in fondant cake creations and her beautiful cakes have been seen at celebrity events all over Tennessee. Erin's delectable cakes are baked fresh to order using only the finest ingredients. Erin makes cake for the famous, wealthy and the average Joe. She is currently serving the Tri City, Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville areas. Delivery and tastings available. By appointment only.
