Loved loved loved Danziger photography, best wedding decision and money by far that we spent!! We did extensive research and looking and appointments with photographers around oklahoma and we were so blessed and so thankful our choice with Danziger proved to be the best!!! Ian was amazing from start to finish, personable, witty, creative, thorough, efficient...you name it he fulfilled everything we had hoped for ! He captured every single memory we had if our beautiful day! He captured so many unique clever shots I would have never dreamed of thinking up, tney are my most treasured possesion! His prices are great as well as he was willing to travel! We have since also done family photos with him and are equally as pleased and happy! Highly highly recommend and we will use him for any future occasions again!

We hired him after he was highly recommended for our special day. I met with him and loved his work… I paid him the full amount that day because I was 100% sure that he could do the job we were wanting him to. I felt like I had done my homework and he was the one. The day of the wedding came and I don’t know what happed to him. He looked like he was in another WORLD…. He was SLOW, had to have direction from a bridesmaid, didn’t bring the props I asked him to and just looked like he had never taken pictures before. When we met the first time he told me that he would have another photographer coming with him to help him that day. Well there was no one with him. He got very few shots before the wedding… I asked my wedding party to get there 2 hours early so we could get our pictures done but yet he only got a few. I ended up getting upset with him and asked him to TAKE pictures of everything.. I was tired of having to direct him on what to take. On the day of your wedding I needed someone to think for me. I had so much going on that I didn’t even know what I was doing. He made it SO stressful that I was in tears …. When we got the pictures back I was devastated on how BAD they looked nothing like what he had on his website…. I cried for days and so wished I could have that day over to re-do them…. They were very far away. There was NO attention to detail put into them, I might as well have had someone with a camera take them and save the money we paid him. All the pictures of the ceremony you could not see my face it was all the groom. I asked him why you could only see the grooms face in the pictures and he could not answer the question. They are awful … he edited probably 20 of the 1200 pictures I asked him to take. The mistake I we made was buying the package were you get an unlimited amount of pictures. If we would have gotten only t he ones we liked we would have only purchased maybe 200 pictures. The part where I get so upset is that I expressed how unhappy we were and yes he did offer to do an after session for us but why would he think that we would do an after session if the first ones were SO bad. My husband can’t stand the sight of him so that was not even an option. So what I had to do was go and have another photographer fix the pictures he didn’t take or the ones he took and were done without any attention to detail. I kindly sent him an email and asked him to fix a list of pictures (which he was very annoyed ) and told him that my husband and I thought it was fare that he reimbursed us for the extra $600.00 that we were out since he completely failed to do his job properly the first time, his response wasn’t a counter offer it was a letter from his attorney. He was very concerned that I would give him a bad review at the beginning I guess at this point he doesn’t care anymore. I guess he doesn’t care that I DO everything I can to make sure he is not hired and adds to the stress of the bride that day. We have evidence from our guest on how lost he was. He was a total embarrassment to us. I felt that my requests were not out of this world. They were things that a GOOD photographer looks for.. and he failed on all of them. I paid him his money on time and I expected him to be more understanding and work with us. It’s very unprofessional that he sent us a letter from his attorney . It makes me think that he doesn’t think I can’t get the word out. I need someone’s help getting the word out. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Danziger Photography stands behind our work on this wedding. April 27, 2012 where client claims only 20 images were edited and that I failed to provide sufficient service or coverage of her day. Bride is asking the photographer to pay her $600 representing a reimbursement for another photographer to do a reshoot of certain wedding images she claims were missed. The bride in her complaint letter to the BBB claims: 1. Paid the full amount. 2. Photographer appeared unprofessional, 3. Didn't bring props. 4. Didn't bring a second photographer. 5. Got very few shots before wedding. 6. Asked her wedding party to show up early for photos but photographer did not complete this task. 7. Devastated that her photos were so bad. 8. No attention to detail, photos taken from far away with no closeups. 9. Face not visible in photos of the ceremony. 10. Says photographer only edited about 20 of the 1200 or so photos ''I asked him to take.'' 11. Bride wished she had not bought the disk upgrade because would have only bought about 200 photos. 12. Photographer offered to do a bridal session at no cost to get more detailed photos of the dress. Bride refused. Claims she and her husband hired another photographer and paid them $600 to take additional photos or to edit the photos provided by Danziger Photography. 13. Bride sent Danziger Photography an email offering to let him pay her $600. Bride was offended that the photographer was not interested in her offer and referred the matter to his attorneys. 14. Bride has stated she will ''do everything'' she can to make sure Danziger Photography is not hired again. 15. Bride claims to have evidence from a guest illustrating the photographer's unprofessionalism. 1. The bride's contract included $3,200 in services. She received the upgrades at no extra charge for a total $1,700 discount. She paid $1,500 for basic services and was not charged for the upgrades which included $500 to lower print prices, and $1,200 for the disk with print permission. 2. I was dressed appropriately for a summer wedding, in black slacks, black dress shoes, black polo shirt, two professional cameras and necessary gear. 3. The bride had asked that I bring large frame props for photos. I did bring them to the wedding but obviously could not carry them around with me. They were in my car. She did not allocate any time or ask me to take any images during the day using the props, or I would have gone back to my car to get them. The frames later got buried in the car underneath all their wedding gifts that I offered to load up and help take back to their house for them. It should be noted that the bride refused a subsequent session at no charge to take bridal or bride/groom photos using the frames. 4. At our first interview I might have said a second photographer was an upgrade option. It was not included in our negotiated contract and it is not specified in the contract. 5. More than 350 photos were taken before the ceremony. These included details of the chapel, of the venue across town where the reception was to be held, getting ready photos of the bride and her bridesmaids, random photos of guests, and preformals of the groom and groomsmen. 6. The bride and bridesmaids were not yet dressed and ready to take any photos before the ceremony. The groomsmen were photographed at the same time the bride was getting ready. I was able to move back and forth to capture all these images. Complete formals were taken after the ceremony of the entire wedding party and family. No photos were missed. 7. The photos look great and I invite anybody to judge for themselves. They are online with the bride's last name removed for privacy purposes. 8. There are lots of close up photos and plenty of attention to detail. The photos, posted online, clearly reflect this. Some shots are intentionally taken from the back of the room to capture the venue and ceremony in its entirely. These particular shots are not intended to be enlarged and cropped to zoom in on the bride. 9. Both the bride and groom are visible in photos of the ceremony. Bride faced the minister or the groom the entire time. Her face is clearly visible and could never be confused for somebody else. 10. Danziger Photography in the contract states that the only shot list accepted and required by the bride is for the formals. This list is to be maintained by someone associated with the bride who is expected to gather the necessary people together for each shot. The photographer will pose and shoot. This way the photographer is not responsible for any missed photos. As for edits, the entire gallery was edited. I have the original unedited images if anybody wants to see a comparison I will be happy to post those, especially the ones of the bride with her self-proclaimed popping vein in her forehead that she asked me to remove in not only the special ''money shots'' but EVERY photo in the entire gallery including the r
