Dumitru Pamint, owner and director of operations for Demeter Staffing LLC., has been in this business for nearly two decades. In the 90s, studying to become an engineer by day and waiter at night he realized that he truly was a people person. After being offered a banquet manager position, even if graduated soon after that, Dumitru has been in the food and beverage industry ever since.
Having worked within the industry for a number of years, Dumitru saw a gap in the market for a high end staffing company to provide really excellent quality, efficient staff for corporate and private events and parties.
