Dessert First! is dedicated to providing specialty desserts and pastries using local, organic, and all natural ingredients.

Consider Dessert First! for your next luncheon, dinner party or catered event! We have a great selection of French tarts, cheesecakes, & decadent chocolate treats. From whole tortes to individual tarts, cookies, and bars, you will find just about everything on our dessert menu.

My goal is to create a memorable finish to an exquisite meal!

Who is Dessert First? Pastry Chef Kristin Durnin began baking in her family's restaurant, The Bunnery, in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1990. She later went on to receive her Culinary Arts degree with honors from Johnson & Wales University. Kristin has trained under some top European chefs, and has over 10 years in professional restaurants, building a solid foundation and strong repertoire of French and American pastry.
