Lena is AMAZING!! My co-worker and I found her on Yelp and decided to do a tasting with her. She was actually the first and only tasting I did for my wedding. The tasting was the BEST from the food and the service. Right off the bat I knew the catering service was going to BOMB just from how Lena and her staff presented their tasting. Lena was aware with my budget and the last minute wedding plan where we only had 3 months to do EVERYTHING to make my wedding day happen the way I wanted! From the day of the tasting, I signed the contract and I do not regret any part of it. From that day, she not only was my cater but took a role of being my wedding planner. She knew great recommendations from florists, table renting, linens, chairs covers/sashes, and so many other things. My wedding theme was "Peacock" and all I can say is the day of the wedding she went over and beyond to stick to my theme. The colors were on point, the buffet had bird cages with carved fruits, food was delicious, and most importantly the staff were great. Everything was BEAUTIFUL!!! What catering company does a food service performance? Diamond Cut Catering does!!! It was something I never seen before at any function and I was pleased to have it done at mine. Lena's staff performed a little dance while serving food to the head table/parents tables and it was incredible! Lena's staff were walking around serving appetizers once the guests started to arrive. I was also very pleased how they stay through the whole event and not rushing out to leave. They made sure you were satisfied with everything and taking good care of. I can continue on about what great things Lena and her staff can provide to your wedding or any function BUT let's just say your choice of choosing Diamond Cut Catering wont be a regret. THANK YOU AGAIN LENA AND STAFF!!!!
