Services prior to wedding day: initial consultation with bride and groom, unlimited emails and phone calls, booking and confirmation of vendor appointments and / or site tours, accompany clients to meetings, assistance with vendor contracts and negotiation, venue and vendor recommendations and referrals, decor and design recommendations (colors, theme, style, etc.), comprehensive wedding day timeline for bridal party, wedding day itineraries for vendors, assistance with seating arrangements, confirmation of guest accommodations (if needed), and meeting with client to review all details of the wedding a week prior to the wedding.
Services on wedding day: on - site coordinator all day, management of all events on wedding day time line, direct wedding party and all vendors during ceremony and reception, collect all gifts and other items to give to designated person, handle final payments to vendors (provided by client if needed), and bridal emergency kit.
Day of Coordination Package ($1,000 up to 100 guests or $1,500 over 100 guests)
