Eclectic Catering is an intimate in home dining service, for a sit down of up to 15 people and buffets up to about 40 people.

Chef Paul will be there for your party and stay until its completion. He will clean your dishes and kitchen and remove the trash. The only thing you need to do is enjoy your party and your guests.

Eclectic Cuisine uses only fresh ingredients, no prepackaged foodstuffs or artificial ingredients. Menus can also be created to be custom made.
