We are a family owned and operated company with the combined experience of over 25 years of food service. Our head-chef has worked as executive chef in a 400 seat restaurant where her duties required her to manage the restaurant while simultaneously preparing food for the buffet from 50 to 700 people on any given day.

Early in her food service career she was a certified dietetic assistant, specializing in modified and therapeutic diets. We appreciate your interest in our catering company and for taking the time to browse our menus.
