I'd love to be there to capture your moments of joy and romance artistically while trying to blend into your surroundings as a photojournalist. I'd take portraits of you and your wedding party that are natural yet stylish and fun while being fashionable. I like to scout out the best locations and light in your surroundings for portraits that add artistic visual impact. Let's make the portraits fun and beautiful and then get you to the reception to cut loose!
About Erik
I started my career as an editorial photojournalist and fashion photographer being published in many major newspapers and magazines such as National Geographic, Associated Press, USA Today, The New York Times, AZ Style and many more publications around the globe. I am an award winning photographer and have had my work in galleries in Japan, New York City and Paris.
I have been photographing weddings since 2002 and this is my main passion now. I'm always trying to create new and exciting images at every wedding. I treat each wedding as if I were on an assignment for a major publication. I want the candid images to be story telling compositions and the portraits to be artistic, natural and with style.
I am based in New York City but I travel anywhere! I shoot weddings all over the USA and World. Most of the weddings I shoot are in NY, CT, MA, NJ, PA, DC and RI.
