With 25 years experience in catering and bartending, we can help with all aspects of your event, including:
Heating and presentation of Appetizers, Buffet Entrees, Meat and Cheese Platters, Salad prep, sides, etc.
Preparing, plating and serving of appetizers.
Buffet Presentation, from set up to break down.
Food Service, either Plated or Buffet.
Full Bartending service and Champagne toast.
Cake cutting.
Bonus Service! We will decorate your buffet in your choice of colors. A fabulous customized look created just for you.
Complete clean up of all areas and packing up of any leftover food and bev. Kitchen will be spotless!
