Owner /chef Ian Boden features the freshest local products and produce with more than 2 dozen small area farm supplying him from in and around the Shenandoah Valley.
With his commitment to sustainable agriculture, Chef Boden allows the seasonal flavors to inspire his dynamic farm to table menu which is reviewed, refined and changed daily in his restaurant. Chef Boden's contemporary Virginian menu draws from his almost 20 years experience to craft modern interpretations of Southern Cuisine. Highlights of local products used are: local grass- fed beef, heritage pork, organic free- range chickens and artisan breads and cheeses.
