Fiddlin' Around has been performing at weddings, receptions, parties, funerals, meetings, and community events since 1990. Based in St. Cloud, MN, travel anywhere in the surrounding area can be arranged.
The composition of the group is fluid and is based on the preference and budget of the client. Jeanie can perform a cappella or with CD accompaniment, with a pianist, as part of a duo with another violinist or other instrumentalist, as part of a trio, quartet, pop band, etc. Nearly any instrumentation request can be accommodated because she collaborates with a wide variety of talented area musicians in such diverse settings and venues and can bring them together in unique ways for your event.
Jeanie is capable of considerable flexibility with regard to programming and will tailor music selections to meet each client's unique needs. Music from almost any genre can be performed; from classical, Celtic, Renaissance, jazz & blues, pops and ballads, to Klezmer and other ethnic music.
