A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Paul has over twenty years experience preparing gourmet meals for parties of four to four thousand. For ten years he was Executive Chef at the prestigious O Street Mansion in Washington, DC where he served presidents, ambassadors, congressmen and visiting dignitaries.
His food has been featured in the Washington Post and The New York Times and his work has included celebrity events and inaugural galas. But, no matter your guest list, you will find Chef Paul easy to work with and totally committed to the success of your event.
